From the chef
Mr. Wada continues to pursue his dream as a chef to make his childhood aspirations a reality.

Mr. Wada was born in 1971 in Osaka. When he was a child, he enjoyed making food by imitating what he saw, and was fascinated by a TV cooking program he watched, saying that "It's wonderful that they can make such delicious food." Charmed by the appearance of chefs' white coats, he resolved to become a chef himself in the future. After gaining experience at a variety of workplaces, including large dining halls at department stores and hotels, he started working at Swissotel Nankai Osaka. He studied even harder and now shows off his skills at Table36.
