It serves a variety of delicious dishes unique to Kamakura, such as morning-caught Shonan shirasu, fresh Kamakura vegetables, and seasonal seafood directly from the Misaki Fishing Port. Rice bowls and set menus are especially well prepared, with a wide range of items from standard dishes such as "Yakura's Specialty Kama-age Shirasu-don" and "Yakura Gozen" to excellent selections of bluefin tuna and fresh sea urchin, as well as seasonal set menus. Various drinks are available, including a collection of delicious local sake from Kanagawa Prefecture. The spacious restaurant, which has a first and second floor, offers a comfortable wooden atmosphere, and its warm hospitality is well-received.
