With only eight counter seats, this refined restaurant offers Sukiyaki (hot pot stew) and Shabu-shabu (boiled meat slices) courses featuring premium Japanese black Wagyu beef, making it the perfect choice for anniversaries and business gatherings. Only female Kuroge Wagyu beef with particularly high meat quality is selected, and chuck eye roll is used for shabu-shabu and sukiyaki. You can enjoy the strong umami flavor with little excess fat. The sukiyaki broth and shabu-shabu broth, which enhance the meat's flavor, are also the restaurant's specialties. In addition to courses, a la carte menus such as charcoal-grilled steak are prepared for those who only want to enjoy the meat.
