Akasaka Shikian Yoetsu offers dishes with a special focus on ingredients based on the theme of the San'in region. Fresh crab, Japanese pufferfish, rosy seabass, and Sakaiminato salmon are shipped directly from suppliers in Sakaiminato City, and fresh vegetables and newly harvested rice are purchased from Nagami Farm in Daisen, Tottori. Since its establishment, the restaurant has also been particular about its vessels, using Arita-yaki earthenware, making it an attractive place to enjoy both food and tableware. The restaurant especially recommends the "Matsuba Crab," delivered fresh from Sakaiminato Port, and the "Charcoal Grilled Tottori Manyo Beef and Fig Dengaku (with sweet miso paste)," cooked savory. A wide selection of delicious alcoholic beverages that go well with the food is also available, providing an enjoyable experience through seasonal ingredients.
