Mr. Shoda was born in 1994 in Saitama, and gained experience and polished his skills in various restaurants including Minoru Shokudo Ginza, Minoru Shokudo Kumamoto, Minoru Shokudo Hiroshima, Minori Cafe Nagasaki, and Minori Cafe Saga. While experience the food culture of each region, he acquired skills that make the most of the natural flavors of the ingredients. Currently at Pure, he elevates dishes that let one freely taste the finest Nagasaki Wagyu beef, made with great care by Nagasaki producers, in everyday life.
