Rebo, located in Nishiki, Nagoya's downtown area, is a sushi restaurant with reservations only that resembles an adult's hideout. It uses fresh ingredients shipped directly from the Toyosu Market every day. The owner, who has been in the business for more than 20 years, pays close attention to detail, such as using different types of rice (red vinegar and white vinegar) according to the ingredients. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes that, once you try, you will become addicted to them, such as "Kurumaebi" (prawn sushi), which is made in the shape of the golden Shachihoko of Nagoya Castle, and "Rebo Futomaki Thick Roll" with its mild taste. One of the best points of this restaurant is that customers can order not only courses but also their favorite sushi from a single piece. The owner, who has experience working overseas, offers high-quality service and an unpretentious dining experience, making it ideal for entertaining important people or for anniversaries.
