The "Oyaji Maki" is made with an abundance of premium ingredients such as sea urchin, salmon roe, and caviar, and "Basashi (horse meat sashimi)" shipped directly from Kumamoto are excellent delicacies that will bring a smile to your face. Sake is prepared mainly to go with seafood. Among them, "Kubota" is available in all its varieties, irresistible to sake lovers. Operating until 3 AM, it's a versatile spot for post-work dates, entertaining clients, or winding down after a long day. It is also great to accommodate requests for food flexibly.
