The main dish of the course is a plate of meat that varies from grade to grade. In the course featuring Fukui's brand beef, "Wakasa Beef," tender meat is grilled over a wood fire with a special sauce using locally produced black garlic.

Macarons also appear in the course's tea sweets. The combination of five kinds of flavors is perfect for gift giving: Wakasa Ooi-machi Benisashi-ume Plum, Harue's Strawberry, Soba Flour, Echizen Shino Craft Salt refinery's Hyakusho Salt and Vanilla, and Echizen-Togo's sake lees.
