Various flavors and tastes of meat are provided, such as seared and yukhoe (beef tartare). The red vinegar-seasoned rice pairs beautifully with the rich Omi Beef. Especially recommended are the "Omi Beef Wrapped Uni (sea urchin) Sushi" and "Omi Beef Wrapped Ikura (salmon roe) Sushi," both of which are combined with seafood.

You can enjoy the various flavors and tastes of meat, such as seared and yukhoe. The red vinegar rice matches perfectly with the deep flavor of Omi beef. Among them, the combination of seafood, ``Omi beef wrapped in sea urchin sushi'' and ``Omi beef wrapped in salmon roe sushi'', are especially recommended.
