Mr. Yahata was born in 1996 in Osaka. He has worked as a chef at yakiniku restaurants and izakayas(Japanese pubs) in Tokyo, gaining experience with various cuisines and ingredients. Currently based in his hometown, Osaka, he works as a chef at Genki, a tempura specialty restaurant. Using his years of experience, he knows when the ingredients are at their best and serves tempura at its most delicious moment.
