Mr. Ogawa was born in 1976 in Osaka. He was inspired by the demeanor, speed, and precision of chefs, admiring every movement, and decided to pursue a career as a chef himself. After dedicating 25 years to specializing in Kaiseki cuisine, he became the head chef at Shin Asakusa.
