Offering a delightful and fun time with exquisite Japanese cuisine and delicious sake.

Mr. Ogawa was born in 1976 in Osaka. He was inspired by the demeanor, speed, and precision of chefs, admiring every movement, and decided to pursue a career as a chef himself. After dedicating 25 years to specializing in Kaiseki cuisine, he became the head chef at Shin Asakusa.
