Mr. Mizuno offers you a delicious time and a comfortable space.

He was born in 1999 in Hokkaido. He entered the world of French cuisine at the age of 17. After gaining extensive experience in various roles, from serving in the dining room to cooking, he became a manager. In the following years, he continued to refine his skills in various genres within the culinary field, including Western-style restaurants and confectionery shops. In November 2023, he joined the opening team of the 8TH SEA OYSTER Bar Cocono Susukino Branch and played a key role in launching the new establishment. In 2024, he was promoted to store manager.
