Mr. Nakagawa wants to create moments where everyone gathers with smiles through his heartfelt cooking.

He was born in 1983 in Hokkaido. He trained for three years at a hotel in Sapporo, where he learned the fundamentals of cooking. Later, he gained experience in a creative wine restaurant and Western and Japanese izakaya (Japanese-style pub) of a franchise company. Inspired by his visit to the first Hinomaru restaurant in Sendai, he participated in the launch of the Wine Shokudo Hinomaru Kokono Susukino Branch and was appointed its manager.
