With experience and skills honed in a variety of settings, we deliver the charm of sake and dumplings.
Born in Osaka Prefecture in 1981, he decided to pursue a career in cooking after working part-time at a Western-style restaurant, and went on to study cooking seriously at Tsuji Gakuen. After working at hotels and hospitals, he gained experience in a wide range of restaurants, including Japanese restaurants, izakayas, and teppanyaki restaurants, honing his cooking skills and knowledge. His solid skills and extensive experience cultivated in diverse settings were recognized, and he was asked by the owner to join the new restaurant, "Sake and Gyoza Yotsuba," as a chef.
