The Akasaka Branch Premium Course - features both delicious single dishes and Motsu Nabe (offal hotpot)

This platter covers all of the deliciousness offered by Yamanaka. It starts with an assortment of single items. This pre-fixed plan lets customers choose from varieties of Motsu Nabe, the final serving, and dessert.

Vinegared Beef Offal - uses rare, expensive and soft cuts of beef

It uses offal that can only be taken in small quantities from each head of cattle. Though the cuts are quite large, they're cooked to be soft and easy enough to eat that the size is not that noticeable. Yuzu citrus pepper is added to ponzu vinegar to accent the flavor.

Spicy Cod Roe - has a brilliant combination of faint Yuzu seasoning and spiciness

It was thoroughly marinated at low temperatures in Yamanaka's original seasoning. The smell of fresh Yuzu is also impressive. It's an excellent, all-purpose small dish you can enjoy between sake and nabe and with rice.

"Akasaka store premium course" where you can enjoy both a la carte dishes and "Motsunabe"

This plan will cover all the deliciousness of Yamanaka. Start with an assortment of a la carte dishes. This is a prix fixe style plan where you can choose the type of motsunabe, the final dish, and dessert.

"Karashi Mentaiko" has a subtle yuzu aroma and a perfect spiciness

[Yamanaka] Slowly marinated in an original seasoning at low temperature. The refreshing scent of yuzu leaves an impression. It is a versatile palate cleanser that is perfect between drinks or hotpot, or as an accompaniment to rice.
