The seafood is carefully selected from all over Japan, including the Toyosu market. Each dish is a delicacy, such as the "Tuna" nigiri, regarded as the king of sushi, and the delicate and beautiful "Hassun (appetizers)." The menu evolves with the seasons and ingredients, ensuring new discoveries with every visit. Over 30 varieties of sake and a rich selection of wines are always available to complement the cuisine.
