We serve especially tender and well-marbled top sirloin. The meat is cooked in the restaurant's specialty grill at 980 degrees celsius for a short time. As a result, the meat is extremely juicy and tender. The restaurant's beef fillet, New York strip, and rib eye are all USDA certified. Such high-quality meat is not easy to come by, composing only 2 to 3 percent of the beef production in the United States. The restaurant prioritizes the quality of ingredients used. As much as the attention to freshness has to do with the flavor of dishes, it also has to do with providing food safe for consumption. Located in Toranomon, a business-oriented street, the restaurant has a somewhat mature atmosphere. During weekdays, the restaurant is frequented by guests from the town as well as from other countries, whereas on weekends or holidays, there are many guests who come from far away places within Japan.
