Mr. Inoue started his career as a chef at a Japanese restaurant in Okayama Prefecture. After training in his hometown, he further refined his skills at a high-end Japanese cuisine and tempura restaurant in Osaka. While in Osaka, he also refined his sushi and nigiri techniques, cultivating a wide range of skills and sensibilities across all types of Japanese cuisine. Currently, he has opened a restaurant that embodies his ideals, and he values facing his customers across the counter, flexibly responding to their conversations and requests on the spot, and delivering heartfelt moments.
