From the chef
Mr. Yamakawa became enchanted with cooking through his work and transformed into a chef.

He was born in 1992 in Hyogo. After graduating from high school, he gained experience in various fields without limiting himself to a particular type of job. Gradually, he became fascinated by the joy of the food industry and transitioned into a career as a chef. He honed his skills at several restaurants across different genres and joined his current company in 2017. After working at affiliated restaurants, he was appointed as the manager and chef when Vesta opened in January 2022. He continues to experiment and innovate every day to enhance the restaurant's appeal.
