All seats in the restaurant are semi-private spaces. In addition to sunken kotatsu seats where you can stretch out your legs and relax, there are also table seats separated by a noren curtain. Ingredients used are mainly locally produced in Yamanashi, such as Koshu beef, Fuji Sakura Pork, and Shingen Chicken.
