Enjoy yakiniku in the semi-private private space with a view of Mount Fuji, and savor the delights of locally sourced ingredients.
The large yakiniku restaurant, Yakiniku Izakaya 871, is named after its location's elevation of 871 meters. It is just after turning at the Funatsu Climbing Trailhead Entrance intersection on National Route 139. You can find the restaurant easily with a large parking space and a modern sign. All seats in the restaurant are semi-private spaces. In addition to sunken kotatsu seats where you can stretch out your legs and relax, there are also table seats separated by a noren curtain. Ingredients used are mainly locally produced in Yamanashi, such as Koshu beef, Fuji Sakura Pork, and Shingen Chicken. Other than set menus that can be shared, a la carte yakiniku and izakaya menus are available. For lunch, yakiniku set meals are also available for inbound customers, making it a memorable lunchtime experience while enjoying the view of Mt. Fuji.
