This is one of the restaurant's signature dishes with a Japanese and Western arrangement. Kumamoto black Japanese beef is sliced and pounded into a tartar, then topped with caviar and an egg yolk. When mixed, the saltiness and flavor of the caviar enhance the taste of the lean meat and make for an incomparable deliciousness. The photo shows an example of a small bowl.

Seasonal steamed dish - The deliciousness and nourishment of seasonal ingredients will melt your heart.

The steamed dish that appears in the middle of the course is a delightful combination of seasonal ingredients with a multilayered flavor. The example in the photo is Steamed Tilefish with Turnip, which is available during the winter season. The refined taste of the tilefish, the gentle sweetness and texture of the turnip, and the deliciousness of the starch sauce all come together in the mouth.

Seasonal vinegared dish - Seasonal luxury ingredients are available. Creative arrangements are also enjoyable.

The sumptuous ingredients and portion size are a surprise as a vinegared dish. The photo shows an example dish made with Seko crab, which is only caught during the 2 months of fishing season from fall to winter. The steamed crab is topped with Tosa vinegared sauce with diced apples, deepening the steamed crab's flavor!
