A Japanese katana sword, made by a modern swordsmith with all his heart and soul, is displayed behind the counter. In front of this noted sword, the restaurant head also shows his skills as if he were creating a Japanese katana sword himself. Customers can enjoy a variety of dishes that change monthly, as well as exclusive sushi served piece by piece in front of them. Only the Chef's Choice Course is offered until 9:00 PM. The restaurant also has Chef's Choice Sushi for customers who mainly want sushi. Various courses are available on the day of the visit without reservation.
