Fugu and crab are purchased live from reliable suppliers and maintained in a fish tank, which is then prepared and cut alive. The "Tessa (fugu sashimi)," with its outstanding sweetness, and the "Tecchiri (fugu hot pot)," with its irresistible soft and fluffy texture, are all excellent. Sake from well-known brands is available daily to enhance the deliciousness of the dishes. The restaurant has private rooms with simple colors and relaxing sunken kotatsu seating.
