"The main attraction of Nikusho Hachi is its skilled grill masters," says Ms. Haruna. She joined the restaurant as one of the opening members when it opened in December 2024. Always responding with a smile, she not only manages the lively counter seats but also serves as a dedicated attendant for the tables in the special private rooms.
