Mr. Watari began his career in restaurants after a part-time job in his teens. Since then, he has experienced cooking in a wide variety of meat-related establishments, including yakiniku, yakitori, izakaya (Japanese-style pub), and Genghis Khan restaurants. Afterward, he became independent and opened his own business in 2019. He is currently the owner and chef of the Yuuhi and Shibuki restaurants.
