■Udon no Gokushin Rare

At Udon no Gokushin Mare, we take the bounty of nature seriously and provide a bowl of safe, secure, and heartwarming udon.

The udon flour used is unbleached domestic wheat from Izumo. The starch is made from Hokkaido potatoes, the salt is rock salt, The kelp is natural and comes from southern Hokkaido. The soup stock is made with generous amounts of mackerel, tuna, sardines, and bonito flakes.

The soy sauce used is a rich, flavorful product that has been aged for over 30 years. No chemical seasonings, artificial sweeteners, synthetic colorings, or preservatives are used.

Depending on the day, noodles may be hand-made after an order is placed, so it may take some time. Please note that sales will end once sold out.

We always use newly harvested rice with minimal pesticides from Kizugawa City, Kyoto Prefecture. In addition, we have begun to incorporate home-grown vegetables without pesticides or fertilizers.

You can also experience making udon noodles by hand. We offer a variety of experiences, from casual ones (5,000 yen) to full-scale ones where you can knead dough from scratch (10,000 yen). You can enjoy freshly made udon noodles on the spot.
