Mr. Yokota was born in 2002 in Mie. His part-time job at a local Japanese izakaya inspired him to pursue a career in cooking. Driven by the joy of hearing customers say "delicious," he moved to Tokyo to refine his skills, aiming to create even more delightful dishes. Gaining experience on the new stage in Tokyo, he faces his knife earnestly each day. His calm smile, sincerity, and meticulous craftsmanship in each dish indicate his bright future as a chef.
