Mr. Takita was born in Kagawa Prefecture in 1977, he is now the Executive Chef at Jinkyo no kaori akasaka. He grew up watching his mother run a deli, and he was familiar with cooking from a young age. Seeking to become a professional chef, he studied culinary arts in high school and obtained his chef's license. After graduation, he honed his skills at establishments like hotels in Takamatsu, refining his techniques in French and Italian. He then gained extensive experience with banquets. While mastering Western and Japanese cooking techniques, he is exploring creative cuisine that combines Western & Japanese. He assumed his current position when the restaurant was established in December 2025. The restaurant welcomes a wide range of diners with novel flavors.
