From a different industry to the world of cooking: "Another Life" driven by passion.

Mr. Unoki was born in 1966 in Kobe, Hyogo. Opening La Gorgonia was a new challenge for him. When he saw the Italian chef he had invited to the restaurant, happily engaged in cooking, he found himself drawn into the world of cuisine. Since then, he has refined his skills through self-study and practice, and now stands in the kitchen as the owner-chef.
