Japanese cuisine refined through thirty years of experience and skills honed at the Consulate General.

Mr. Hosaka has worked as a chef in the hotel industry for 30 years, gaining experience at famous Japanese restaurants. His skill has also been recognized at the Consul General's Residence, where he conveyed the charms of Washoku at an international venue. With his years of experience and steady techniques, he currently serves heartfelt dishes with ingenious skill as the head chef at Azabu Uka.
