Mr. Matsubara works hard ever day to make his dream come true, and make that dream bigger than ever.

Taishu Sakaba Ajizanmai Sannomiya Ekimae Branch_Aoto Matsubara

Mr. Matsubara was born in 1990 in Hyogo. During his school days, he started his career with a part time job at a restaurant. He resolved to walk the path of the chef, and began learning the fundamentals of cuisine. As he trained at izakaya bars and Italian restaurants, he had a dream of opening his own restaurants. He realized this dream in 2023 by opening 2 restaurants in Sannomiya. Currently he works as the head chef at Taishu Sakaba Ajizanmai, which opened in October 2025.
