Umeda Ushimitsu_Taisuke Chikashige

Mr. Chikashige was born in Osaka Prefecture in 1988. He learned high-quality service and the spirit of hospitality at Yakiniku Nishi-Azabu Kenshiro. Possessing the mindset of a true artisan, he takes a keen interest in observing the texture and appearance of the meat after it has been cut. He works hard in the kitchen every day to see the smiles on guests' faces when they truly feel that the food is "delicious."
