From the chef

Mr. Morimoto followed his passion and started working in the dining industry as a chef.

Mr. Morimoto was born in 1996 in Okayama. From a young age, he was drawn to cooking and creating things, choosing the food industry as a career that truly resonated with his sensibilities. After graduating, he began training as a chef. Following experience running his own restaurants, he joined Replus and is now working as a chef at AWAWA, which opened in December 2025.
