From nursing to the dining industry. Ms. Suzuki takes on new challenges to see her customers smile.
Ms. Suzuki was born in Hokkaido in 1983. She worked as a maternity ward nurse for 20 years, supporting countless moments of new life. After the closure of her ward, she chose to take a new path and transitioned into the food and beverage industry. At a previous position in an izakaya bar, she felt the joy of making people happy through both service and cooking. She later gained further experience at Menya Takezo in Cocono Susukino. In 2026, she became the restaurant head at ANTICA GELATERIA SAPPORO. She values human connection and continues to share smiles through gelato.
