Private rooms accommodating up to 16 guests are also available. Both lunch and dinner are offered exclusively as course meals, with the recommended choice being the Chef's Selection Sushi, which highlights the best seasonal ingredients of the moment. In addition to fresh seafood stocked daily, the restaurant's tuna is delivered directly from Tokyo's Toyosu Market. Select ingredients are served elevated through the chef's artisan skill and colorful presentation. The restaurant also offers a wide selection of sake that pairs well with the fresh seafood.
