Mr. Otsuka was born in 1973 in Chiba Prefecture. Since aspiring to become a chef, he has traveled far and wide to sample various cuisines, independently researching and recreating the flavors and techniques that he found exceptional. Especially with halal-certified Japanese food, he faithfully pursues the authentic taste of Japanese ramen within the constraints of restricted ingredients and seasonings. His passion for cooking goes beyond mere "satisfaction" - he aims for "complete satisfaction." Together with his entire staff, they share a commitment to heartfelt hospitality, and he strives every day to create a restaurant where guests feel they "must come back again."
