Drawing on the experience gained from operating a food truck, we will be showcasing new culinary delights from a renovated traditional Japanese house.
Born in Hiroshima Prefecture in 1985, she jumped into the food and beverage industry from a different field, drawn by its trendy and approachable atmosphere, and opened a crepe food truck. She spent five years gaining experience in the local area. In May 2026, she opened "Rira," a cafe utilizing a renovated traditional Japanese house, challenging herself to create a new space that fuses a cafe, crepes, and a bar. She has also ventured into pasta and grilled dishes, offering a wide range of menu options to her customers.
