Kiwami Wagyu Teppanyaki Miyabi_Fujii

My love for interacting with people and eating delicious food led me to pursue a career in cooking. I was drawn to teppanyaki, which directly conveys the flavor of the ingredients, and learned the delicate handling of ingredients, the exquisite technique of cooking, and the fundamentals of hospitality. I now hone my skills every day at Kiwami Wagyu Teppanyaki Miyabi, which opened in April 2026.
