My journey as a chef began with the desire to bring joy to people.

Shabu Shabu Sukiyaki Sengu Gotanda Store_Yoshinori Suzuki

Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1983. Enjoying making people happy, he began working in the service industry after gaining experience working part-time at an izakaya (Japanese pub) during his student years. He spent approximately 15 years working in the dining area of a shabu-shabu and sukiyaki restaurant, gaining knowledge about cuisine, ingredients, and hot pot dishes through customer service. Currently, as the manager of Shabu-Shabu Shabu Sukiyaki Sengu Gotanda Store, he oversees not only the food but also the restaurant's atmosphere. He strives to provide personalized service to guests, from solo diners to business entertaining and dinners.
