Based on the experience gained through training at a hotel and working in the family business, I create each dish with heartfelt dedication.
Born in Osaka Prefecture in 1972, he took his first steps as a chef at Hotel Kawakyu after obtaining his chef's license. Later, he took over his family's pickle shop, which had been in business for 30 years, and pursued the art of bringing out the deliciousness of the ingredients through manual work. Determined to fulfill his dream of "owning his own restaurant and making customers smile directly with his home-cooked meals," he opened Shabu-Shabu Kisaragi. With uncompromising sourcing, meticulous work, and warm hospitality, he delivers a comfortable and relaxing space for his customers.
