Enjoy extraordinarily fresh beef tongue, liver, and heart, while dining in an authentic Korean atmosphere

We cook our skirt steak very carefully to make sure you can enjoy the exquisite freshness and natural flavor of the Japanese black beef. Our salted tongue is cooked to perfection at a constant temperature for a whole week until fully cured. You'll enjoy all of the umami that's been condensed into the tongue. The organs shipped directly from Shibaura every morning are extraordinarily fresh. Enjoy our broiled liver dipped in a soy-based dipping sauce, or try some heart while it's raw and dipped in garlic-flavored soy sauce. Each and every one of our ingredients' unique flavors is brought out one at a time by our artistic way of cooking. It's our chef's hope that every customer fully enjoys their food. To make this dream a reality, we focus wholeheartedly not only on the food, but also on the atmosphere and service. We recommend a 3-part course that will include carefully-selected beef and delicious Korean cuisine. Besides the main dish, you'll also get kimchi (fermented vegetables), chijimi (savory pancake), Korean bibimbap (vegetables mixed with rice), dessert, and about 11-14 other side dishes.
