Seasonal special course meal

This exquisite banquet course features ingredients carefully selected by our chef from all over Hokkaido. Please make your reservation at least 3 days in advance.

Appetizer: Mixed chrysanthemum and green vegetables, grilled maitake mushrooms, crab, salmon roe, scallops and caviar. Soup: White fish wrapped in kelp. Hairy crab, boiled hairy crab. Sashimi: Peony shrimp, sea urchin, white fish, and raw salmon. Grilled dish: Salt-grilled kingfish. Side dish: Grilled hairy crab shell with miso. Simmered dish: Small hot pot of Shiretoko beef. Main dish: Fresh abalone topped with sea urchin and grilled on kelp. Main course: Rice seasoned with crab roe, miso soup, pickles. Dessert: Haskap ice cream, assorted fruit platter.
