Mountain wasabi soy sauce
Soup dish: King crab from Hokkaido wrapped in kinuta-style sauce, Yoshino style, with ginger dipping sauce. Today's fresh fish: white fish, surf clam, and one other type.
Grilled dishes: Salt-grilled Tokishirazu salmon from Hokkaido, potato and leek puree sauce, sansho pepper fried dish, three kinds of wild vegetable tempura, salted appetizers, Totoya specialty.
Freshly delivered from Akkeshi: Fresh oysters in the shell, oyster vinegar, ponzu sauce. Meal: Nigiri sushi (bluefin tuna, octopus, marinated mackerel, sweet shrimp). Soup: Clear soup with tofu and mitsuba. Dessert: Hokkaido milk gelato with strawberry sauce.
