Enjoy freshly-baked aromatic quiche made with our own dough in a "home away from home" atmosphere.
This is an item that appeals to our many female customers who frequently visit us. For regular customers, we vary the ingredients of the fillings. Of course, the dough is hand-made, and the quiche is baked fresh daily. Today we have chosen a salad combining stone flounder with peach. Rather than a set menu, we cook dishes our guests prefer by choosing each day's ingredients and preparing them in the best manner. We also have house-made nukadoko (vegetables pickled in rice bran and miso) available after your meal. We would be delighted if you think of us as your kitchen away from home as we quietly prepare food each day starting in the morning. Feel free to contact us with any requests.
