When you think of Genovese, vegetarian pasta is what normally comes to mind, but this "Neapolitan Genovese" features flavorful meat and onions. Both the taste and texture are extraordinary, and this dish comes highly recommended. While we do offer some specialty cheeses made in Japan, most of our cheese is flown in from Italy. We have to be particular about this to ensure that our food's flavor is as close to the original Italian cuisine as possible. We are meticulous in our timing so that food is delivered to your table the second that it is ready. Our attention to every detail makes for unparallelled customer service.
