Hakata Chuka Soba Marugen

Our specially-made Hakata Chinese noodle soup is a combination of all-natural Japanese traditional seafood broth and pork bone broth. This dish realizes both a delicate flavor and a rich savoriness at the same time, earning the satisfaction of Hakata ramen lovers. The noodles in our specially-made thick noodle tsukesoba (noodles with broth poured over) are made with plenty of flour and high-quality eggs to produce a wonderfully chewy, springy texture. Going fabulously with our carefully-prepared dashi (Japanese seafood broth), this is a dish that is delicious to the very last mouthful.
