Our dedication can be seen in our sea urchin on sea bream, so please delight in its vividly colourful presentation and its freshness. We have a rich a read morend varied assortment of dishes using carefully-selected fresh seafood from Tsukuji. Currently available, our seasonal, sesame mackerel is a dish combining the fish's fatty flesh with the flavor of sesame. Try it with our refreshing sauce squeezed from sudachi (Japanese citrus). We love to see a smile on the face of each and every customer who dines with us, so we put a lot of consideration into their food's preparation, such as adjusting their meal's seasoning and serving temperature if needed.
