Our specialty is Japanese-Western tantan noodles, with noodles made from Koshihikari brown rice served in white miso soup together with ground grilled eggplant and citrus peppercorn. It's topped with foie gras poele and served with balsamic sauce. It's a masterpiece with the traditional Japanese diet in mind. The ingredients are fragrant and retain their characteristic flavor. The fresh farm-raised vegetables are filled with taste. The three kinds of ginseng used in various dishes are essential ingredients that become richer in taste through processing. The staff always treat our customers with the utmost care. The private restaurant shines in its ability to provide delicate service. The kitchen is completely open to the customers to quickly adapt to their requests. "Restaurant Le japon" makes dishes that can be enjoyed everyday. There are table seats besides counter seats, where three to four guests can sit together and have a good time while tasting our delicious dishes.
