Our sharkfin fried rice with thick sauce is a perfect fusion of Kanazawa ingredients and Chinese cuisine
This luxurious dish features a half-sized shark fin stewed whole and sprinkled with gold dust. Lunchtime portions are offered at a reasonable rate, making this a popular choice. The thick sauce is made with soy sauce and tastes delicious mixed into the fried rice. Sharkfin is largely served stewed, but we offer a twist by adding fried rice. We specially select dorsal fins from Kesennuma. A luxurious item great for eating on a special day. Each and every dish is carefully prepared to completion. We aim to serve up meals in a speedy fashion and with courses timed right. Our serving staff keeps tabs on patrons' progress and informs the chefs as to when to finish a dish, allowing us to offer the perfect pace to your meal, like a score of music. We have a fully equipped banquet room suitable for company meals, receptions, and after-parties with large groups.
